FATAL PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT A fatal pedestrian accident claimed the life of a Wyalusing man. State police reported the fatal accident occurred as 80-year-old Donald Allis was crossing CC Allis Road in Orwell Township yesterday morning just ahead of 8:00 am.
