PENN COLLEGE CONSIDERING A MERGE WITH CAC
Pennsylvania College of Technology has announced it is taking steps to merge officially with the Community Arts Center in Williamsport even after most costs related to the operation and infrastructure are already subsidized by the college along with community support through the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania. The next steps would then be approvals by the college’s Board of Directors and state and local entities before becoming final.
